Bulletproof is our unique Strength Training Programme, where we will teach you how to lift with the correct form.

We are passionate about lifting for life, and especially as we get older it is the safest and most effective way to get strong and fit.

Our small group sessions run twice weekly in our dedicated unit at The Yard.  You will get your own training record, so over the course of the programme you can track your progress and most importantly see how much stronger you become.

Suitable for complete beginners, right through to those who have been lifting for a while – our expert trainers will ensure that you are coached through the programme at whatever level you are at.
