Outdoor Training at Rock

With news that it is categorically clear outdoor spaces with higher degrees of ventilation are less problematic environments with Covid19, we are excited to be able to offer our face to face training again!

We are looking forward to getting back to work and seeing you all back at Rock! It is so important now to focus on our health and wellbeing, so we have designed a mixed platform of fun classes to build you back to fitness, a new recipe book and we have some exciting videos, just for Rock Members, from Nutritional Therapist Jo on immunity and gut health. 

Improving your immunity isn’t just about one thing. Your first line of defense is to choose a healthy lifestyle. Following general good-health guidelines is the single best step you can take toward naturally keeping your immune system strong and healthy. Every part of your body, including your immune system, functions better when protected from environmental assaults and bolstered by healthy-living strategies such as these:Exercise regularly doing something you enjoy, as evidence shows you are more likely to stick to it Maintain a healthy weight Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables Get adequate sleep for repair and recoveryIf you drink alcohol, drink only in moderationTry to reduce stressDon’t Smoke Take time for yourself and find some inner calm!
We have all been able to take time out during lockdown and many of us have realised how much we needed this. Why not aim to keep something going that gives you this time out, just for you, as we start back to “normality”

Group Personal Training
Up to 4 people with a trainer, starts back on 8th June
Hot off the press from the Government, we are now able to offer group PT sessions outside! 

Group PT is a cost effective way of getting the full personal training service at a fraction of the cost.

Jacqui has availability for Group PT which includes all nutrition coaching to ensure you see results continuously.

Rock PT will now be charged in monthly blocks on a direct debit set up. We also have a Group Exercise & PT package available too.
